Reflection is important. Being able to look at your life in the now and really be grateful for what it is. Not where you were or where you want to be, just where you are right now in the present moment. Gratitude. You don’t have to wait until things go bad in your life to find the good, the goodness of life is always there.
How often do you take moments of peace to embrace your gratefulness?
Matthew 6
“See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin.... So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’... But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
Worry is the thief of joy. All other creatures on the planet have to fall in line with the nature in which they were made with no worry. Take birds for instance they don’t harbour food or continuously stress about where they can rest their heads or store food. They take each day as it comes, continuously taking the actions necessary to reach their highest intention/ goal. Humans have the will power to direct the consciousness of God from within and use it to create and design our lives yet some still chose worry as a tool to build their future. It is in our nature to connect to the rhythm of the universe and trust that no matter what, we are in sync with what is meant for us.
There is gratitude in knowing that the life we are living right now will create a foundation for our vision of the future. We often get caught up with the future of the goal rather than the present alignment with the goal. The domino effect. What you doing now is creating the future. That’s how powerful we are. It’s like saying you want to lose/gain weight but your day-to-day life doesn’t reflect that goal. You must touch your dream goal every single day. You may not have all the resources or materials you need right now but you can align with it.
Goal = lose/gain weight
excuse = no gym membership
solution = home workout
or
excuse = no time
solution = jog to work
There are many ways to align yourself with your goal. It all depends on how bad you want it. Create a rhythm for the relationship with your highest intention/goal. Create a discipline. Create an unshakable pattern so that our process of creating heaven becomes automatic or second nature.
